TCM Forklift Trucks History

Back in 1949, Toyo Carriers Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TCM), made Japan's first internal combustion engine forklift. The first four trucks were delivered to the seaport of Kobe. The first forklifts were designed in the same way as today's forklifts, namely hydraulic fork lift, rear steering and a lift arm on the right side of the driver's seat.

 

Today, TCM's product line includes internal combustion engine forklifts, electric forklifts, reach trucks and skid steer loaders. TCM products are highly valued all over the world.

 

TCM diesel forklifts (Japan):

(carrying capacity 1.5-3.5 tons)

INOMA series forklifts are extremely reliable, high performance and extremely easy to operate. TCM has completely redesigned the INOMA to improve operator comfort, maneuverability and safety.

The reliable diesel engine is equipped with fast preheating, which ensures quick starts in the cold season, is extremely reliable and also meets stringent environmental requirements.

The driver's cab is attached to the frame with a patented shock absorber system, which improves operator comfort, reduces vibration and noise.

The built-in self-diagnosis system allows you to detect a malfunction and reduce repair time without any special tools and computers.

Thanks to TCM's unique technology and extensive experience, INOMA forklift trucks offer the best performance in their class, while providing unrivaled comfort and safety.

 

Electro 4-pole

The TCM four-wheel electric forklift is ideal for both warehouse and factory premises, as well as for outdoor work. The loader provides excellent driving comfort and stability on uneven ground, and its driving performance is always under the operator's control.

Depending on the duration and intensity of use, one of three possible operating modes can be selected (economical, normal and intensive).

AC motors allow efficient use of energy by braking and by means of energy recovery to increase the duration of work without recharging.

The loader is easy to service with an integrated diagnostic system and quick troubleshooting.

TCM has found the perfect balance for owner, operator and environment and TCM's compact, high performance electric forklifts are taking center stage in the future.

 

Electro 3-pole

The TCM three-wheel electric forklift truck is ideal for working in tight spaces or small warehouses. The use of two traction motors in the design made it possible to significantly reduce the turning radius and significantly increase maneuverability. Three-wheel electric forklifts TCM work perfectly both indoors and outdoors.
