The History of Gehl Excavator

Productive and reliable Chinese XCMG excavators are equipment for a wide range of jobs. The machine is used in the process of repairing engineering communications, for earthworks and in the construction of construction projects. Special equipment embodies unique design features, innovative technologies and time-tested solutions.

 

Chinese XCMG excavators: technological and design characteristics

The line of XCMG special equipment is diverse. Among the products, you can choose the best option for any work: for moving on an unprepared site and difficult terrain, maneuvering in confined spaces.

 

Technical parameters of Chinese excavator:

Bucket volume from 0.09 to 5 m3.

Possibility of carrying out earthworks on any type of soil.

Three types of excavators of different capacities: mini, medium and heavy.

The maximum speed is 5.5 km/h.

Wheel or caterpillar undercarriage have increased stability. To prevent the vehicle from tipping over during loading and unloading operations, a system of counterweights is provided. Efficient operation is the result of a well-thought-out boom mechanism and a powerful engine.

Chinese excavators, the price of which depends on the configuration, have an upgraded control system based on joysticks. The electronic mechanism ensures the exact performance of all operations with the mounted module. To save fuel, the manufacturer has introduced automatic preheating into special equipment.

 

XCMG excavator buckets are made from different materials. One of the criteria for choosing a mounted module is the density, cohesion, abrasiveness and other properties of the soil. Depending on this, buckets are allocated for work:

with solid ground: basalt, granite;

with soft material: sand, clay or earth;

with medium abrasive surfaces: soil mixed with rocks.

The driver's cab is made of a material that reduces noise and protects against the ingress of dust and harmful substances generated during the production process. Adjustable chair with cushioning protects against vibration, contributes to long and comfortable work. To maintain an optimal microclimate, the Chinese XCMG excavator is equipped with air conditioning, an air purification system and a heater.
