The History of Hyster forklift
Hyster, one of the world's leading manufacturers of material handling equipment, is vast enough to include the entire world. It all started with a small factory that produced winches and lifting machines that were used for logging and woodworking. In order to start lifting the logs, the workers gave the command: "Hoist'er!". This team subsequently became the name of the company, reflecting its main activity - the manufacture of lifting equipment.
It was at the beginning of the last century. Closer to the 30s, Hyster's activities were marked by the invention of the first forklift trucks, and the reputation of the manufacturer went up the curve.
In 1930, the reputation of Hyster "came" to the Soviet Union. It was in this year that the Country of Soviets received the first portal timber trucks. The ancestor of modern loaders has become an indispensable assistant in the construction of workshops at the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant.
Today, Hyster manufactures a wide range of forklifts, container handling and warehouse equipment that can be used to handle palletized and non-palletized loads up to 48 tons. This list includes pallet trucks, walk-behind stackers and classic stackers, reach trucks, wheels and tires of various types, drives for outdoor and indoor operations.
Hyster is ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2001/2004 certified.
In addition, the company, like any other equipment manufacturer, offers consumers original spare parts for loading equipment and has a sales network of partners around the world who provide professional advice and services.
