The History of CASE Combine

Case IH is one of the largest, most established, and longest-running manufacturers of agricultural equipment. The year of foundation is 1842. For more than a century and a half, they have been producing multi-purpose agricultural machines. Case was the first brand to put a diesel engine on a tractor. Also, for the first time in history, they had positioning systems, which were then adopted by all manufacturers. Case agricultural machines from the USA regularly receive international awards and even set Guinness records as the fastest, most powerful and environmentally friendly in the world.

Case combines: features and model range

Case-IH have a wide range of combines for seeding, harvesting and other agricultural tasks. If you want to buy a Case harvester, you will find a large, sometimes complex product classification from this brand. But we will help you understand the Case lineup.

 

Like other leading manufacturers, Case IH creates advanced, high-tech and efficient combines. But they do it with their trademark superiority: the main difference between their combines is the use of the unique Axial-Flow single rotor technology.

 While all other harvesters are assembled according to the traditional scheme, the Case combines are based on a special patented single-rotor system with a simplified design. They lead the industry in terms of performance with near-perfect throughput, high crop quality and minimal grain harvest losses. Case combines with Axial-Flow technology have an optimized number of drive components and are designed with simplicity and reliability in mind.

 

Model range of Case IH combines:

Axial-Flow 4000 Series with the legendary 610mm Axial-Flow rotor for superior threshing performance in any crop and top performance in wet conditions in all crops. With preservation of quality of grain and straw. Every Axial-Flow 4000 combine is a performance leader, designed to load huge amounts of material onto a trailer extremely quickly. Axial-Flow 4000 combines are available with FPT Industrial's 6.7 liter Efficient Power engines ranging from 180 to 230 hp.

 Axial-Flow 150 series with Cross-Flow cleaning system and high throughput. Power 295-442 hp Volumetric grain bunker - from 8,800 to 10,570 liters. Unloading speed 113 l/s. Combines of the 150 series are distinguished by their versatility, allowing them to be used in the private sector, and on a large industrial scale.

 The Axial-Flow 250 series offers the new AFS Harvest Command automated harvesting technology, which adapts the combine's capabilities to constantly changing external conditions, without operator assistance. The power of the Case 250 series combines is from 489 to 634 hp. The volume of the grain bunker is 14400 l. Unloading speed 113 l/s.

 

Also in earlier years, Case IH produced: Axial Flow 140 series combines (models Axial-Flow 6140, Axial-Flow 7140, Axial-Flow 7140), 130 series (Case 5130, 6130 and 7130 combines), 88 series (Case 5088 and 7088), 2100 Series Axial Flow models with extended cabs, 2300 Series combines (Case 2366 and Case 2388). You can also find AFX CNH, International 15 series combines, Case self-propelled combines at US auctions.

Combine Case 2388 is a single rotor productive machine with a great price and a unique device. It carefully works with grain and provides better performance in all key parameters compared to competitors. The Case 2388 harvester is equipped with a unique axial flow cleaning system, which ensures the appearance of a continuous and uniform air flow throughout the grate. As a result, there are no “hot spots” or low pressure zones. The cleaning efficiency of the Case 2388 combine can be called maximum. The equipment is made of durable steel. Provides low fuel consumption. The Case 2366 combine has similar characteristics, but its capacity for threshed grain is slightly less than 6.3 cubic meters instead of 7.4 cubic meters.

 

Case 5088

Combine Case 5088 is distinguished by exemplary planned balancing of the machine. This advantage was provided through an increase in the working base. The capacity of the grain hopper is 8.8 cubic meters. Thanks to the longer unloading auger, work efficiency is increased by 15%. The operator's cab is equipped with a color LCD display, which displays detailed data from sensors. Case 5088 is ideal for small to medium workspaces.

 

Case 8010

The Case 8010 harvester features a modular under drum system that has four sections. The positions of the drums are electrically controlled. The engine power is 400 “horses”, its volume exceeds 10 liters. The fuel tank holds 1000 liters, the operator will be able to perform large volumes of work without refueling. The area of the grain bin system is 12.3 cubic meters. Unloading speed - 110 km per second. All main working units can be conveniently controlled by the operator directly from the cab.
