The History of SENNEBOGEN Crane

   The production company SENNEBOGEN is known for its technology to many enterprises.

The company was founded in 1952 in Pilling (Bavaria, Germany). In the 50s, the company was engaged in the production of equipment for agricultural needs, a few years later the first type of agricultural loader appeared. After another 3–4 years, a cable excavator for construction work appeared.

 

The production base of the company required expansion, as the equipment was sold out instantly. The decision was made to build a new factory in the nearby Bavarian town of Straubing. In the 60s of the last century, a hydraulic excavator appeared on new production facilities. At the end of the 60s, the technology of excavators and cranes with lifting winches was improved. In parallel, the chassis is being improved.

 

In the 90s of the XX century, SENNEBOGEN begins the production of telescopic cranes, which are available both on wheeled and crawler chassis. In the late 90s, a new type of special equipment appeared - a two-hundred-ton HD class crane on a caterpillar chassis. After its fiftieth anniversary, SENNEBOGEN is presenting its new telescopic handler, the model of which has the world's first elevating cabin.

 

Demand is telescopic cranes with an average lifting capacity and an arrow up to 42 meters. The company continues to improve and does not stop there, no sooner does one crane model appear than another appears. The 603 model is being replaced by a more powerful and multifunctional one - the Multicrane 608.

 

The manufacturing company SENNEBOGEN manufactures unique and diverse cranes, of particular interest are crawler cranes with telescopic booms of various capacities.

 

From the very beginning of the company's existence, SENNEBOGEN has had solid and reliable partners. This suggests that business reputation was not earned over the years, but was acquired already in the first years of the company's existence. Agricultural machinery and construction lifting equipment of the highest class - the company did not have unsuccessful models of machines. From the very beginning, SENNEBOGEN did not purchase ropes, winches and other components, but produced them in-house.
