The History of Baoli forklift

  Baoli manufactures warehouse equipment. Initially considered a Chinese company. It is a member of the KION Group corporation headquartered in Germany.

 

The Baoli brand has existed since 1993. Brand engines are actively used in the production of washing machines, industrial saws, air conditioners, grinding units. One of the directions is Baoli loaders.

The Baoli KBD range, with load capacities from 5.000 kg to 10.000 kg and a center of gravity of 600 mm, has been an incredible success in the EMEA region for the last 2 years. Baoli today launches the updated KBD 50-100 series to meet the highest emission standards. Baoli loaders are an excellent balance of European quality, reliability, high performance and affordable prices for Chinese products.

 

The start of production of the new KBD 50-100 series, designed for handling cargo weighing from 5 to 10 tons, is scheduled for the summer season. The new engine installed in the loader fully complies with the Euro 5 emission standard, thanks to the DOC (Diesel oxidation catalyst) used in combination with the DPF (Diesel particulate filter) and the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system using ammonia as reducing agent. Incredibly low fuel consumption is also guaranteed thanks to the optimization of the piston, fuel injector and air management system. Another advantage of this model is the automatic belt tensioning system and a fully electronic injection system.

 

The new diesel trucks have more power than previous models in the series because they are equipped with an additional cooler for the air intake system, a new larger water cooler and an additional oil cooler. As a result, the cooling efficiency is 20% higher than previous models. In terms of transmission, the KBD 50-100 loaders have new performance features, with more efficient brake cooling (+50%) and longer brake life. Unlike previous models, the new series of loaders have better visibility in any direction of travel and a high level of comfort for the operator.
